ICC YAAF: Unlocking Second Chances - Can Courts Save Defective Arbitral Awards?
Join us for an interactive YAAF event to discuss the power of Indian courts to save defective arbitral awards. Can Indian courts partially set aside or modify arbitral awards? Can they remit the award to the arbitral tribunal, and what are the limits on the arbitral tribunal's power to modify its own award? The discussion will examine the legal framework in India and evolving jurisprudence on judicial intervention in arbitrations.
Venue: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Prestige Falcon Tower, 3rd Floor 19, Brunton Road Craig Park Layout, Victoria Layout, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The event is taking place in-person only.
