ICC YAAF: My First Arbitration Case: Do’s, Don’ts and Smart Moves
ICC YAAF is delighted to invite you to the event “My First Arbitration Case: Do’s, Don’ts and Smart Moves”, a webinar focused on exploring key strategies and challenges faced by young practitioners when handling their first arbitration case.
This session will explore key strategies and challenges encountered by young practitioners when navigating their first arbitration case. Participants will gain insights into effective case preparation, communication with clients and co-counsel, procedural choices, evidentiary strategy, and approaches to working with arbitral institutions and tribunals.
Through real-life examples and practical advice from experienced practitioners, the discussion will highlight common pitfalls, practical techniques to overcome them, and smart decisions that can shape the outcome of a case. The event offers an excellent opportunity to learn from practice rather than theory and ask questions freely.
This is an online event, registration is required. Registered participants will receive the connection details once they register for the event.
