Join us to discover how experts can shape disputes beyond testimony. This event explores working with technical, quantum, forensic, and investigative specialists.

At this ICC YAAF event we will explore how both traditional and non-traditional experts are used in disputes – not only as expert witnesses but also as strategic advisors behind the scenes. We’ll not only discuss how to work with experts on technical and quantum issues, but also dive into topics like asset tracing, risk assessment, forensics, and investigations. Importantly, we’ll also talk about how to get the most out of experts throughout a case – from initial engagement to hearing strategy and beyond.

Venue: Hafnia Law Firm, Nyhavn 69, 1051 Copenhagen (entrance around the corner at Kvæsthusgade 1).
