Join us for a morning conference to discuss the topics that are normally only discussed in private. The first panel covers the dos and don’ts during an arbitration, both in the litigation and client-relationship spheres. The second provides insights from arbitrators about the good, the bad, and the ugly of the counsel’s work during an arbitration.

This ICC YAAF will analyze the best strategies to be followed by practitioners during an arbitration.
