Join us for a YAAF event focusing on differences between arbitration and litigation and how they can learn from each other!

On the occasion of the 2025 ICC Prague Arbitration Day, this ICC YAAF event will give young practitioners an opportunity to discuss which elements from international arbitration can / should be implemented in litigation proceedings and vice versa.
