If you enjoy a good debate or are passionate about advocacy, come along and watch a diverse range of experienced arbitration practitioners debate 1:1 on a broad range of arbitration-related topics. The debate topics will cover advocacy by solicitors versus barristers, artificial intelligence and arbitral decision-making, the need for uniform rules for privilege, transparency and Investor-State Dispute Settlement and the status of diversity in arbitration. The debates are designed to be both informative and entertaining, encouraging concise, persuasive advocacy. Networking will follow the event. Not to be missed!

At ICC, we believe that through training and mentorship, we can shape the next generation of leading international arbitration and ADR experts. Through the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) network, we are able to better inform, connect and inspire young professionals with interests in dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.
