ICC YAAF: ArbitraBattle - The Ultimate Arbitration Showdown
Join us on the final day of Australian Arbitration Week 2025 to watch the Who's Who of arbitration battle it out in a series of short debates.
If you enjoy a good debate or are passionate about advocacy, come along and watch a diverse range of experienced arbitration practitioners debate 1:1 on a broad range of arbitration-related topics. The debate topics will cover advocacy by solicitors versus barristers, artificial intelligence and arbitral decision-making, the need for uniform rules for privilege, transparency and Investor-State Dispute Settlement and the status of diversity in arbitration. The debates are designed to be both informative and entertaining, encouraging concise, persuasive advocacy. Networking will follow the event. Not to be missed!
