ICC YAAF: All Eyes on Arbitrators
Join us for a lively ICC YAAF discussion on the practical aspects of conflicts of interest and disclosure in international arbitration. This ICC YAAF session offers an opportunity to explore the issues concerning conflicts of interests and disclosure, including current trends, best practices, recent amendments to the established guidelines, less than obvious cases, challenges of arbitrators as well as approaches taken by arbitral institutions and state courts. Participants of all ages are welcome.
This session is being organised at the occasion of the 14th Baltic Arbitration Days, within the Baltic Arbitration Days Young Arbitrators Forum on 14 June. Please note that the present registration concerns exclusively the ICC YAAF discussion, which will be held as the first of the two sessions of this Young Arbitrators Forum.
