ICC YAAF: Admissibility of Confidential or Illegally Obtained Evidence in Arbitration
Join us in Bucharest on the eve of the Bucharest Pre-Moot for a lively discussion on the admissibility of confidential and potentially illegally obtained evidence in arbitration, followed by a networking reception.
One of this year’s Willem C. Vis Moot procedural questions addresses the admissibility of confidential and potentially illegally obtained evidence in arbitration. While at the Bucharest Pre-moot on 8-9 March 2025 student teams must advocate for the admissibility of a “without prejudice” settlement offer, while opposing the use of a leaked internal email, young arbitration practitioners will explore these issues through both practical and theoretical lenses.
We invite you to join us at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, on the eve of the Bucharest Pre-moot for a roundtable discussion on the admissibility of evidence challenged on the grounds of confidentiality or unlawful procurement. The event aims to bring together students and emerging arbitration professionals for an engaging exchange of perspectives.
Venue: Stoicescu Hall, Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, Mihail Kogălniceanu Boulevard 36-46, Bucharest, 050107
