Invitation to the Paris Commission Meeting 2025

We are pleased to invite you to the Meeting and Dinner of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR on 8 April 2025 in Paris, France. The all-day meeting will be held in-person from 9:00 to 17:00 CEST at Newcap Event Centre with the possibility to join remotely. 

Members are also invited to register for our Commission Reception and Dinner at the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée from 19:00.

Commission Meeting - Tuesday, 8 April 2025 | 9:00 to 17:00 CEST (registrations will take place from 8:00-9:00) - Newcap Event Centre (3 quai de Grenelle, 75015 Paris, France)

Reception and Dinner - Tuesday, 8 April 2025 | 19:00 CEST - Cercle de l'Union Interalliée (33 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France)

Registration:

Registrations will be open until 24 March 2024 and are exclusively reserved for Members of the Commission and its active Task Forces and Working Groups.

To start your registration, sign in using your login, fill in the registration form and then select a pass. Please note that the in-person meeting pass includes a standing lunch.

Places are limited and will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. If fully booked, please contact commission.arbitrationADR@iccwbo.org to join the waiting list.

• In-Person Meeting (incl. lunch): 75 € + 20% VAT
• In-Person Meeting (incl. lunch) + Dinner: 325 € + 20% VAT
• In-Person Dinner: 250 € + 20% VAT
• Online Attendance: Free of charge but prior registration is necessary

Any cancellations must be received by 24 March 2024 (9:00 CEST). A cancellation fee of €15 will apply. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. Please inform the Commission Secretariat of any cancellations.

Spouses/partners are welcome to attend the Commission Dinner as your guest for the cost of an additional ticket. To do so, please contact commission.arbitrationADR@iccwbo.org.

Please inform your National Committee that you will be attending and also note that NC promotional codes do not apply to Commission Meetings.
