ICC Arbitration Breakfast in Romania
Join us for the first edition of the ICC Arbitration Breakfast in Romania.
Organized by ICC Dispute Resolution Services, this event offers a critical platform for professionals to engage with the evolving landscape of ICC arbitration. It will focus on current trends and offer insights into ICC arbitration’s distinctive features, including a behind-the-scenes look at the ICC Court scrutiny process and its role in positioning ICC as a trusted arbitration institution. The event will also include a discussion on the financial aspects of ICC arbitration, addressing key issues such as cost allocation, fee structures, and strategies for managing cost-related risks in complex disputes.
Initiated and co-hosted by the current ICC Court members for Romania, Ioana Knoll-Tudor and Sebastian Gutiu, the event provides attendees with the opportunity to connect with peers, leading experts, and top-level representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. It also offers excellent potential for networking to professionals involved in international dispute resolution.
