How to preserve the arbitral procedure and the effectiveness of recourse to arbitration in the presence of impecunious parties?
The participants will engage in a roundtable discussion to exchange perspectives and reflections on the issues encountered and the solutions envisaged in procedures involving an impecunious or insolvent party, and the role of the various arbitration actors to maintain the effectiveness of recourse to arbitration.
