Join us in Casablanca for this session of the ICC YAAF Africa in-house counsel series on how clients experience arbitration in practice. Hear from the users and practitioners of arbitration and take part in an interactive session designed to build stronger client-focused strategies in international arbitration.

Objective

This event will explore arbitration through the client’s perspective, highlighting their expectations, frustrations and priorities throughout proceedings. A panel of experienced speakers including in-house counsel, arbitration practitioners and users of arbitration will share insights on the challenges clients face when navigating arbitration and how practitioners can better align their strategies.

The goal is to enhance the ability of young arbitration professionals to develop client empathy and improve communication with arbitration users.

Who should attend?

  • Young arbitration practitioners
  • In-house counsel and corporate lawyers
  • Students specializing in dispute resolution
  • Anyone interested in bridging the gap between arbitration users and practitioners
