Objective

National courts play a pivotal and complementary role in the arbitral process. Their interventions ranging from granting interim measures to the enforcement, recognition, and setting aside of arbitral awards, as well as other forms of judicial support that arise throughout the arbitration lifecycle continue to shape the development of international arbitration across East Africa.

This panel brings together experienced practitioners to examine recent jurisprudence and practical experiences from the region.
