Inside an ICC Arbitration: An Interactive Journey
Preceding the ICC India Arbitration Conference - Mumbai 2026, join us for an interactive session that takes you on the ICC arbitration journey from filing of the Request of Arbitration to scrutiny of the draft award under the recently released ICC Arbitration Rules 2026.
Senior practitioners will act as counsel and arbitral tribunal, with Members of ICC International Court of Arbitration ("ICC Court") and representatives of ICC Dispute Resolution Services participating as they showcase behind-the-scenes work on decision taken by arbitral tribunal and how ICC Court session addresses important procedural matters in ICC arbitration. A mock case will be in place and covers matters such as pathological arbitration clause, determination of place of arbitration, emergency relief vis-a-vis expedited Procedure, introduction to Highly Expedited Arbitration Provisions, and scrutiny of ICC draft award.
At key stages, the audience will have the opportunity to contribute their views as to procedural questions in the mock case.
This event is not open for students. Seats are limited and registration will be closed once it reaches capacity.
