ICC YAAF: #YogArb: Mid-week reset for the legal mind
Join us for this one-hour vinyasa flow designed to offer space to reset, move mindfully, and reconnect breath with body – supporting clarity, balance, and focus in the midst of a demanding work week.
This session, to be held at Freedom Yoga Martin Road, is targeted at practitioners seeking a midweek reset amidst our hectic schedules. Through a slow but steady series of movements led by certified yoga teacher and arbitration practitioner Alessa Pang, the yoga class will emphasise mindful movement and breathwork, giving participants the space to recharge, refocus, and restore balance.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, and you will not need to bring your own yoga equipment – just bring yourself and a willingness to pause. The class will be followed by an informal wind-down and networking session at nearby Botany Robertson Quay over light refreshments.
Participants are welcome to join the yoga session only or both the yoga and networking sessions. For those who are keen to join the networking sessions only will also be welcome.
