ICC YAAF: Navigating Arbitration in the Gulf
Join us for an exciting event which endeavours to bring together young arbitration practitioners from the Gulf and Asia to explore key opportunities and challenges in the region.
The panel discussions will address the important role of cultural awaressness in conducting arbitrations seated in the Gulf. Participants will get to learn how to effectively adapt their advocacy styles, whether oral or written, when addressing tribunals from different cultural and legal backgrounds. Experts will discuss real life experiences which would be helpful in navigating cultural nuances in advocacy. Experts will also provide insights for entering into and building visibility in a competitive Gulf market as a young arbitrator or counsel and also discuss about fostering cross-regional collaboration.
This event promises a vibrant exchange of ideas and knowledge, and invaluable networking opportunities for arbitration practitioners seeking to build a career in arbitration.
