ICC YAAF: Triple Threat: Best Practices for Secretaries, Arbitrators, and Counsel
As the first ICC YAAF event of the year in Bolivia, this session marks the official launch of the 2026 program, reaffirming ICC YAAF’s commitment to the development of young professionals and students interested in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Designed as an interactive and high-value learning experience, the event will enable participants to gain practical insights from experienced professionals representing key roles within arbitration proceedings: secretaries, arbitrators, and counsel. Through an open and dynamic discussion, attendees will deepen their understanding not only of the technical aspects of each role, but also of the strategic decision-making, ethical considerations, and communication challenges that arise throughout an arbitration case.
The session will also emphasize the importance of procedural efficiency, effective case management techniques, and the promotion of best practices in arbitration under ICC standards, all of which are essential skills for professionals seeking to strengthen their profile in international dispute resolution.
This event further serves as a platform to foster meaningful professional connections, offering participants the opportunity to engage directly with practitioners actively contributing to the arbitration landscape in Bolivia and the region.
