ICC YAAF: The World is Not Enough - Space and Disputes
Join us for a lively ICC YAAF session on arbitration in space-related disputes, held at the occasion of the annual ICC Poland Charity Christmas Dinner.
This ICC YAAF event offers an opportunity to explore issues concerning space-related disputes, including the suitability of arbitration as a mechanism for resolving such disputes, the unique features of the space industry, the legal framework involved, the usual suspects and stakeholders, the typical categories of space-related disputes and their particularities. The discussion will be set in the context of the rapid growth of the space industry, intensification of space-related activities, persisting limited launch capabilities, congestion of the lower Earth orbit by active satellites and space debris, all serving as the fertile ground for commercial and investment disputes.
Venue: Dentons Europe Dąbrowski i Wspólnicy sp.k., Zajęcza 4, 00-351 Warsaw, Poland.
