ICC YAAF: The Art of Oral Advocacy
Join us for an ICC YAAF masterclass on oral advocacy in international arbitration, followed by a reception, held at the occasion of Vis Moot Fall Bootcamp 2025 organized by SWPS University in Warsaw in cooperation with the Commercial Law and Development Program of the US Department of Commerce.
This ICC YAAF event will focus on the art of oral advocacy, including (but not limited to), the process of strategising and preparing to be an effective advocate, use of advocacy during the case management conference, opening submissions, closing arguments, cooperation between counsel, cultural considerations, and the use of technology for the purpose of advocacy.
Participants of all ages are welcome.
