Objective

The 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules entered into force on 1 June 2026, introducing targeted updates aimed at enhancing efficiency, clarity and case management in ICC arbitration.

Join us for a focused conversation exploring selected developments under the revised Rules and what they mean in practice. Drawing on the experience and perspectives of the speakers, the discussion will consider key changes, the thinking behind them and their implications for the conduct of international arbitration.

Designed with the next generation of arbitration practitioners in mind, the session will provide practical insights into the revised framework and key procedural considerations when working on cases under the 2026 Rules. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage with the speakers and connect with the wider arbitration community.

Who should attend?

Young and mid-level arbitration and ADR practitioners, in-house counsel, other professionals interested in international arbitration, and students seeking greater exposure to the field.
