ICC YAAF: Navigating Contract Negotiation, Execution, and Arbitration Management

The event will give practitioners from the region, primarily Albania, the opportunity to meet, network and discuss best practices in negotiation and execution of arbitral clauses in the region. The event aims at both counsel and in-house lawyers involved or interested in arbitration proceedings.
