Join us on the day prior to the ICC/AIEN Conference on Dispute Resolution in the Energy Business in Rio de Janeiro to discuss issues relating to expert evidence in energy disputes, with insights from young experts, lawyers, and arbitrators. The event will feature two panels: one exploring the boundaries between the roles of counsel and experts, and one on presentations and cross-examinations in hearings involving experts.

This ICC YAAF breakfast event aims to provide a space for meaningful exchange between young arbitrations practitioners, who regularly act in energy disputes involving the use of technical expertise.

Who should attend: Young arbitration practitioners, including in-house counsel, technical experts and law students interested in how technical issues are best dealt with in both domestic Brazilian and international arbitrations in the energy sector.

Duration: 2 hours, including two panels and networking.
