ICC YAAF: Mastering technical aspects in energy disputes

The event will feature two panels: one exploring the boundaries between the roles of counsel and experts, and one on presentations and cross-examinations in hearings involving experts.
This ICC YAAF breakfast event aims to provide a space for meaningful exchange between young arbitrations practitioners, who regularly act in energy disputes involving the use of technical expertise.
Who should attend: Young arbitration practitioners, including in-house counsel, technical experts and law students interested in how technical issues are best dealt with in both domestic Brazilian and international arbitrations in the energy sector.
