ICC YAAF: Inside the ICC Court: A Fireside Chat with its Leadership

The discussion will address the ICC Court’s mission to promote access to justice and the rule of law, current trends and challenges in global dispute resolution, and the evolving role of arbitral institutions in a rapidly changing legal and business environment. The speakers will also reflect on their professional journeys and share practical perspectives for young practitioners seeking to build a career in international arbitration—including Claudia’s path from being among the first ICC YAAF members to now serving as President of the ICC Court.
