Join us for the first-ever ICC YAAF House Debate Series, an exciting new format that combines substantive legal discussion with the art of advocacy. This inaugural event will feature a keynote address by an ICC Court Member, followed by four brilliant advocates battling over two pressing arbitration questions:

  • Motion 1: Should parties make more use of ICC Expedited Procedure Rules?
  • Motion 2: Should arbitrations involving state-owned entities be conducted any differently than other arbitrations?

The event will take place at the ICC Hearing Centre, offering attendees an exclusive opportunity to tour and experience the ICC’s stunning new hearing premises.

The event is open to young arbitration and ADR practitioners as well as to students.
