ICC YAAF: From Finality to Fragility – The Setting Aside of Arbitral Awards
Join us for a lively ICC YAAF discussion on the setting aside of arbitral awards in international arbitration, followed by a reception, held at the occasion of ArbCEE Arbitration Retreat in Budapest.
This ICC YAAF event will focus on the issues surrounding the setting aside of arbitral awards, taking a meta-level perspective to explore common pitfalls, procedural vulnerabilities, and broader systemic implications, including the very practical and less-than-obvious ramifications of successful set asides.
Participants of all ages are welcome.
