Join us for an evening that puts the new rules into action. Built around a fictional arbitration, our mini‑moot brings three key features of the 2026 ICC Rules to life in a format that is as engaging as it is insightful.

The programme unfolds through three procedural incidents drawn from the case, each highlighting a headline innovation in the new rules. Before each round of submissions, you vote. Two advocates then argue, three minutes each, followed by a decision from the arbitrator. By the end of the third incident, you will have experienced the rules in practice from the front row.

A senior practitioner will then step back to reflect, offering a ten‑minute debrief that draws on the audience polling and considers what these developments mean in real terms.

Drinks and networking will follow.

Spaces are limited, so we encourage early registration to secure your place. We look forward to welcoming you.

Venue: Bird & BIrd, 2 Rue de la Chaussée d’Antin, 75009 Paris, France.
