A decade after the publication of the ICC Commission on Arbitration & ADR's Financial Institutions and International Arbitration Report, this panel will take stock of developments in financial sector disputes and the continuing role of international arbitration in this space.

This panel will feature disputes resolution and financial industry experts addressing:

  1. Modern trends in financial industry contracting and disputes.
  2. What has changed (and what has not) since the publication of the Report.
  3. How arbitration practitioners can best prepare to handle the financial industry disputes of today and tomorrow.
