ICC YAAF: Enforcement of Arbitral Awards – Keep Your Eyes on the Prize
Join us for a lively ICC YAAF, cocktail-style (stand-up) discussion on the practical aspects of enforcement of arbitral awards, followed by an exciting social mixer exercise and a reception, held at the occasion of Warsaw Disputes Days and the Asset Recovery CEE conference.
This ICC YAAF event will provide an opportunity to discuss and explore the issues and trends at the intersection of arbitration, investigations and asset recovery, including strategies to ensure enforcement of arbitral awards, challenges involved, the proper use and deployment of investigations, asset recovery expertise and methods of preserving assets (such as freezing orders preventing respondents from dissipating their assets) to reduce the risk of arbitral proceedings being futile.
Participants of all ages are welcome. Registration for the event closes on 27 March 2025.
