ICC YAAF: Economic Sanctions and Arbitration
The world is witnessing an expanding use of economic sanctions, which are affecting cross border transactions in numerous ways. As a result, new issues are arising at the intersection of economic sanctions and arbitration, including in many ongoing ICC arbitration cases.
