Join us in Kinshasa and Online for the first edition of the ICC YAAF Conversation, part of the Passing on the baton series.
In this session, experienced practitioners will share their journeys and offer practical insights on how to launch and grow a successful career in international arbitration.
Objective
This insightful conversation brings together young practitioners and experienced specialists for a candid conversation about building a career in international arbitration.
Speakers will share their personal journeys, the opportunities they have encountered and the lessons they have learned.
Through informal dialogue with experienced practitioners, participants will benefit from practical advice on developing key skills, positioning themselves for long-term success and identifying concrete paths to a career in international arbitration.
The event will conclude with a networking cocktail reception, which will allow participants to meet their peers and mentors, while strengthening professional ties within the Central African arbitration community.
