ICC YAAF: Construction Disputes in the Western Balkans

This ICC YAAF event will give practitioners from the region, primarily North Macedonia, the opportunity to meet, network and discuss current trends in construction disputes in the region.
The event will consist of two panels. The first panel focuses on issues related to the pre-arbitration phase, including practical insights into how delays and disputes can be avoided in construction projects. The second panel will focus on specifics of construction arbitration and discuss the most common issues encountered in construction disputes.
