ICC YAAF: Construction Disputes in the Western Balkans
Join us for this half-day YAAF event planned to take place in Skopje on 18 November 2025.
The event will give practitioners from the region, primarily North Macedonia, the opportunity to meet, network and discuss current trends in construction disputes in the region.
The event will consist of two panels. The first panel focuses on issues related to the pre-arbitration phase, such as potential ways in which a dispute can be avoided, resolution of disputes using Dispute Boards under FIDIC contracts, etc. The second panel will focus on specifics of construction arbitration and what the parties should expect/keep in mind if they are involved in a construction arbitration.

Lawyers as well as other professionals involved in construction arbitration, such as engineers or project managers.
