Join this ICC YAAF event in collaboration with CEIA-40 and SBA-40 to discuss practical insights on two topics: arbitration and corruption, and disputes with multiple parties and multiple contracts.

The event is designed for young practitioners to share their experiences with the intersection between arbitration and corruption, as well as handling disputes with multiple parties and contracts from their different vantage points. The event is part of a collaboration between ICC YAAF, CEIA-40 and SBA-40. It will take place at the Auditorium of the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz. The event precedes the Doceavas Jornadas Internacionales de Arbitraje which will take place later the same week in Bolivia. It will feature two moderated panels, where each speaker has 12-15 minutes to present their views on the topics.
