ICC YAAF: Breakfast with In-House Counsel: The User’s Perspective on Arbitration
Join us for breakfast and a conversation with in-house counsel sharing their perspectives as arbitration users. This ICC YAAF event brings together young practitioners and corporate lawyers to discuss career transitions, the key advantages and challenges of arbitration, approaches to mediation, and which aspects in-house counsel consider when selecting arbitrators and external counsel.
This ICC YAAF breakfast event aims to provide a space for meaningful exchange between young arbitration practitioners (under 40) and in-house counsel with experience as arbitration users.
Who should attend: Young arbitration practitioners, law students, and junior in-house counsel interested in understanding the arbitration process from the client’s perspective and building stronger connections with arbitration users.
