Join us in Bangkok where a dynamic panel of young international arbitration practitioners shares their insights on what makes international arbitration 'international'. The speakers will delve into non-advocacy aspects in arbitration that often go unnoticed such as cultural sensibility in the conduct of business and dispute resolution, language barriers, and how these in fact influence one's approach in formulating bespoke approach when working with clients in resolving disputes of international nature, advocating one's case before an arbitral tribunal, and efficiently communicating with experts, witnesseses, and counterparts from different jurisdictions.

Whether you are representing a multinational client, acting as counsel or keen to explore the international landscape and practice of arbitration, this session will equip you with tools (legal and non-legal) to manage cultural sensitivity, language barriers, and other non-legal related aspects of international arbitration with confidence and clarity. The session will conclude with networking, kindly sponsored by Chandler Mori Hamada Ltd, which will be a brilliant opportunity for young practioners and professionals to connect in the heart of Bangkok’s CBD.

This event is limited to only forty (40) participants.
