Join us for an afternoon conference to discuss relevant topics for commercial arbitration. The first panel is an in-depth discussion regarding construction arbitration in Latin American, combining the views of practitioners and experts. The second panel provides a discussion regarding Artificial Intelligence and the benefits and challenges concerning the arbitration practice.

This ICC YAAF will analyze relevant matters for arbitration, considering the Latin American practice and current trends in Artificial Intelligence.

The first panel will be a discussion between three practitioners and one moderator. The panel includes (i) an arbitrator; (ii) a counsel; and (iii) an expert. This will provide a rich discussion considering different points of view.

The second panel entails three practitioners and one moderator. Two practitioners are dedicated exclusively to international arbitration, and one combines both the arbitration and litigation practices. It is intended to be a very dynamic conversation between practitioners with different backgrounds and perspectives.

In both panels, the moderator would ask the panelists several questions, with the other panelists having a chance to comment, for it to be a very interactive discussion.
