ICC YAAF: Arbitration in the Spotlight
This event aims to introduce arbitration to young arbitration practitioners, non-legal audiences, in-house counsel, and aspiring legal practitioners in a practical and accessible way, highlighting why arbitration has become an important mechanism for resolving modern business disputes.
The discussion will explore the key differences between litigation and arbitration and provide practical insights into how arbitration works in real-world scenarios, trends, and what the future holds. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of why arbitration may be better suited for many types of disputes, the benefits it can offer, and the key considerations and practical points to be aware of when choosing arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism.
The session will conclude with networking, kindly sponsored by Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd, which will be a great opportunity for law students, young practitioners and professionals to connect in the heart of Bangkok’s CBD.
