Ahead of the 5th ICC Bolivian Arbitration Day, this side event will bring together arbitration practitioners and in-house counsel for an in-depth exploration of the role of arbitration in resolving disputes arising from energy transition policies and climate-related regulations.

The programme includes a keynote conversation offering a global perspective on the challenges and opportunities in this area. A panel of regional and international experts will then examine topics such as investor-state arbitration, contractual disputes in energy projects, and the incorporation of ESG considerations into arbitration practice.

The event will conclude with closing remarks and a networking cocktail, offering participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and build professional connections. This side event will provide additional learning and networking opportunities for attendees of the 5th ICC Bolivian Arbitration Day.
