Join this ICC YAAF event to learn about the synergies that exist between construction disputes and arbitration.
The panel will delve into key topics related to construction and arbitration, focusing on the preventive phase before conflicts arise. The discussions will cover:
(i) how to design effective construction contracts, risk allocation;
(ii) contractual standards (i.e. FIDIC);
(iii) arbitration as an effective mechanism for resolving disputes arising from these contracts and the effective arbitration clause;
(iv) economics behind construction arbitration.
