Join us online for ICC YAAF Africa Youth Conversations as we discuss arbitration and ADR from a comparative perspective, highlighting insights and contributions of Africa’s emerging practitioners.

 

Objective

The ICC YAAF Africa Youth Conversations series is designed to spotlight the scientific and intellectual contributions of African youth to the advancement of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) across the continent.

This webinar offers a unique opportunity to learn from emerging African arbitration and ADR practitioners committed to sharing valuable insights and experiences within diverse jurisdictions.

Through a dynamic panel discussion, young professionals and academics will explore the practical and conceptual distinctions between Arbitration and other ADR mechanisms, highlighting the respective strengths, limitations and areas of convergence. Participants will also benefit from insights from the ICC International Centre for ADR on its services and how they aid in the facilitation of settlement within arbitral proceedings, ultimately enriching understanding and shaping the future of dispute resolution.
