ICC YAAF: Fireside chat - Promoting Mediation and Career Building in International Arbitration
Join us right after the ICC Ghana Arbitration and ADR Conference for a Fireside Chat on Mediation and International Arbitration. This insightful discussion with experts will be followed by a networking cocktail.
This ICC YAAF event of the “Passing on the baton" series with our distinguished experts is a must-attend event for all law students and young lawyers as:
- The first session seeks to highlight the growing need for resorting to mediation before attempting any other mode of dispute settlement as well as the benefits and pitfalls of making such a decision; and
- The second session allows us to have a first hand experience of what it takes to build a successful career in arbitration from an expert in the field.
Who should attend ?
This ICC YAAF event is aimed to young legal practitioners interested in Arbitration and ADR in general and wishing to interact with their peers. It will be also the occasion to develop a network of knowledge sharing and interaction between practitioners with rich and diverse experiences.
