The ICC International Court of Arbitration is organizing its annual pre-moot to help teams prepare for the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

The ICC Vis Pre-Moot will be held in-person* from 17 to 19 March 2026 at the ICC Headquarters in Paris, France.

Teams are invited to submit their application via the application link. The ICC Organising Committee will start the selection process after the closing deadline on 5 December 2025. The selection process will be based mainly on the criteria of regional diversity, the relevance of the team’s curriculum as well as the team’s motivation to participate. Teams will be informed by 15 December 2025 of the outcome of their application.

  • Measure up against and interact with other students from a wide range of different jurisdictions and legal systems;
  • Receive comments from and interact with arbitrators from different professional, cultural and legal backgrounds;
  • Practice and improve their advocacy skills;
