The updated ICC Arbitration Rules enter into force on 1 June 2026, reflecting the ICC International Court of Arbitration’s continued commitment to safeguarding the legitimacy, transparency, and efficiency of the arbitral process.

Join us for one of two interactive, small group roundtables at our New York office focused on the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules. Participants may choose between two separate sessions, one on June 1 and one on June 3. Each session will offer an opportunity to connect directly with our New York-based arbitration case management team and discuss what has changed, and what has stayed the same, in the latest edition of the ICC Rules.

Kindly note these sessions are only available in person.

Please bring photo ID to check in at the security desk.
