ICC Arbitration Rules 2026: Clarity, Efficiency, and Usability
Join us in Jakarta as we continue introducing the new ICC Arbitration Rules 2026 (“2026 Rules”) across regions!
The session will provide valuable insights into how the 2026 Rules enhances transparency in arbitration proceedings, streamlining the arbitral process and make things more efficient, and how the 2026 Rules responds to the changing needs of international arbitration users in resolving disputes. The panel will discuss how parties from Indonesia, in particular, may utilise the 2026 Rules as an effective case management tool and not merely procedural rules.
The event is open to practitioners, in-house counsel, and legal professionals with only 100 seats available. The event, however, is not open for students.

This is an in-person only event and taking place at:
Ibrahim Assegaf Hall, 38th Floor - Capital Place
Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav. 18, Jakarta 12170
