ICC YAAF: ICC Arbitration in 2026

Santiago, Chile.Join us for a review and discussion of the Expedited Procedure Provisions (EPP) and the Highly Expedited Arbitration Provisions (HEAP) incorporated in the new 2026 ICC Rules, in which we will discuss the procedures, relevant statistics, and personal opinions and experience in its practice application. This ICC YAAF event will analyze the different aspects of EPP and HEAP and how Chilean practitioners can best take advantage of these services.
The event will consist of a conversation between representatives of ICC and recognized arbitrators and practitioners.
