Join us for the next edition of the ICC Arbitration Breakfast in Romania, dedicated to the 2026 ICC Rules of Arbitration.

The revised ICC Rules of Arbitration, which represent the most substantial revision since 2012, have introduced a series of targeted reforms aimed at enhancing efficiency, clarity and usability in ICC proceedings. In an interactive discussion, top-level representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration will examine the most significant changes and their practical impact on international arbitration.

Initiated and co-hosted by the ICC Court members for Romania, Ioana Knoll-Tudor and Sebastian Guțiu, the event is aimed as a focused exchange on the new rules, in an informal and collegial setting that encourages open dialogue and meaningful connections within the arbitration community in Romania.

Who should attend? In-house legal teams from companies across various industries, private practice lawyers advising on international arbitration, arbitrators, mediators, business professionals, academics, students.
