This event, held as part of China Arbitration Week, focuses on a critical and timely topic: how to identify red flags of corruption risks in international arbitration. Co‑organised by the Beijing Bar Association and the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

The programme brings together leading arbitration practitioners, in‑house counsel, and institutional experts to explore two interconnected themes: the key revisions to the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules and their practical implications for case management and procedure, and the practical identification of corruption indicators in cross‑border disputes. 

Designed for arbitration lawyers, corporate counsel, and dispute resolution professionals, this event offers actionable insights into managing procedural challenges and integrity‑related risks in international arbitration.
