Drafting Dispute Resolution Clauses: Basics and Beyond

Have you ever used a multi-tiered dispute resolution clause? Should you? What's your go-to seat of arbitration? Why? What does your client prioritize when it comes to dispute resolution, and what are they willing to be flexible on? This practical panel will discuss these questions and more.

Panelists will guide participants from the fundamentals of drafting dispute resolution clauses to more sophisticated strategic considerations. They will discuss template resources, key questions to ask during the drafting process, and lessons learned from real‑world practice. Attendees will come away with practical insights to strengthen their clause‑drafting skills.
