Digital Trade for Growth in the Middle Corridor: Foundations, Finance & Adoption is a two‑day, in‑person workshop bringing together policymakers, banks, businesses, and development partners to explore the foundations and practical adoption of digital trade and digital trade finance.

The workshop will examine legal and policy frameworks, digitalisation of trade and customs processes, emerging technologies, and real‑world banking use cases. Through expert presentations and interactive discussions, participants will explore how interoperability, trust, and common standards can accelerate digital adoption and help close the global trade finance gap.

The event is co-organised by EBRD, ADB, Bank of Georgia, ICC Digital Standards Initiative (DSI), ICC Georgia, TTP and partners, and is free of charge and by invitation only.

  1. Actions to advance digitalization locally and regionally 

  1. Key stakeholders who need to be engaged 

 

After 30-40 minute of discussion, tables will report back to the group on #2 and #3 – thus forming a collective roadmap of actions to advance digitalization in Georgia and regionally.
