This ICC YAAF Bolivia event, organised in collaboration with ICC Bolivia and the Cámara de Industria, Comercio y Servicios de Cochabamba (ICAM), will bring together practitioners with experience in intellectual property, arbitration, technology and innovation to discuss the growing intersection between intellectual property rights and alternative dispute resolution in Latin America.

Through a practical and interactive discussion, speakers will address disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, licensing and technology-related agreements, as well as the particular challenges posed by confidentiality, technical complexity and cross-border enforcement.

The session will also examine emerging disputes arising from software, digital businesses, technology transfer, franchising and innovation-driven companies, together with practical considerations for drafting effective dispute resolution clauses in intellectual property and technology agreements.

The event will take place in continuity with the first edition of the ICC Bolivia and Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de CAINCO (CCAC) Young Arbitration Program, extending the conversation into an informal and interactive ICC YAAF setting for young practitioners.
